Rug Cleaning Service Available
During the Covid 19 lockdown restrictions Wet or Dry Carpet Cleaning is offering a No Contact Rug Cleaning Service.
We will collect your rug(s) from a safe place (porch/garage etc) at your address, assess them for cleaning and call you with a quotation before we commence any work. If you are happy with the quotation we will go ahead and clean your rugs and then call you when they are ready to be delivered back to you.
An Invoice will be provided and we accept a number of different payment methods. Bank transfer (BACS) is preferred but we also are happy with cheque or cash payment. We do accept debit /credit cards but this depends on a strong phone signal to process.

Free Collection and Delivery
The free collection and delivery service operates within a 15-mile radius of Bodelwyddan. Our Rug Cleaning Service does cover North Wales, Chester, Cheshire West and Wirral with a small charge for areas further than a 15-mile radius.
There is normally a 3-day turnaround for our rug cleaning service but can be a little longer during busy periods. We will always keep you informed of any delays.
We aim to continue this service once Covid 19 Restrictions are lifted.
We can also offer a specialist Rug Spa cleaning service for certain Oriental antique rugs that we are unable to clean at our own premises. This service involves a more thorough inspection and assessment and turnaround for this service is 2 – 3 weeks.
